Why Collegator
We built Collegator because the college process felt like a dozen different tools duct-taped together: a spreadsheet for the college list, sticky notes for deadlines, a random essay-editing app, and no good way to find a mentor who actually knows what they're doing.
So we built the one-stop shop we wished we'd had: real college data, a calendar that adapts to how you actually work, an essay coach that pushes you without writing for you, and a way to talk to people who've been through it recently. We're in early access, building this alongside the students actually using it.

Yes. 7 days, full access, no charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.
Will the essay coach write my essay for me?+
No, and it never will. It only asks guiding questions and flags specific things to reconsider. Admissions officers can tell when an essay isn't in the student's real voice, and that's the one thing we won't compromise on.
Who are the mentors (consultants and tutors) in the marketplace?+
Every mentor is a current college student, or a high school graduate within the past five years, and every application is reviewed by our team before they appear in the marketplace.
Is my data safe?+
Your profile, essays, and activity data are private to your account. We don't sell student data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Do you have real data for colleges in my state?+
We're rolling out real, government-sourced data (acceptance rates, tuition, test score ranges) state by state. If your state isn't covered yet, it's coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime?+
